Three Years of National Lottery Funding Secured for Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde

We are delighted to announce that Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde has secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund for the next three years.

This fantastic support will help provide greater security and sustainability for our charity, ensuring we can continue to be there for people affected by brain injury across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde.

Our charity provides vital support, activities, information and opportunities for people living with an acquired brain injury, as well as their families and carers. This three-year funding will enable us to continue developing our services, reaching more people who need us and building on everything we have achieved so far.

It is an incredibly exciting time for Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde. The charity has continued to grow and develop, supported by our members, families, volunteers, trustees, fundraisers, partners and the wider local community.

Securing this funding gives us the confidence to look ahead and plan for the future, helping ensure that people affected by brain injury locally have somewhere to turn for friendship, understanding, practical support and opportunities to connect with others.

We are hugely grateful to The National Lottery Community Fund – and to National Lottery players, whose support makes funding like this possible.

We are excited to see what the next three years will bring as Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde continues to go from strength to strength!
