In the coming weeks and months we will be benefiting from a work placement from a social work MA degree student.
The much needed support that the student will provide is thanks to a unique partnership between AMS Case Management (Director of AMS Case Management, Marie Sloan is Chair of the Headway Blackpool Board of Trustees) and Manchester Met University.
The student will benefit from working within a busy and growing case management company (AMS) as well as supporting the work of our charity for some of their time. The placement will last just over three months.
It is hoped over time this placement opportunity could extend to benefit more social work students.
