The total raised on the day was a whopping £2,000 and we couldn’t be more thankful for this!
The weather was kind and everyone involved had a great day at our Charity Golf Event which took place on Friday 3rd May.
The staff at Lytham Green Drive Golf Club made everyone very welcome. The day kicked off with our very own Chris Murray giving a talk about the effects brain injury can have – giving everyone involved plenty of motivation and focus for the day ahead.
The Golf Day is a way of raising much needed funds to continue our services across the Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde areas, supporting those with acquired brain injuries, their families and carers.
We have to say a massive thank you to the event sponsor Rathbones Solicitors, we couldn’t have done this event without your support.
We must also say a huge thank-you to everyone that came and took part in the day, helping us raise money for local people with brain injuries.
