Thanks to the great support of Steve and the wonderful team at The Taps in Lytham, last week’s Quiz Night was a huge success.
On the night (Thursday 7th November) teams of generous sponsors fought it out to become the quiz winners, whilst enjoying raffles, auctions and tons of fun.
The night even beat last year’s total! raising a huge £1,065! which will help us provide much needed services for those affected by acquired brain injuries in the Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde areas.
Our generous auction prize donators were;
- West Air & 737 Pro, who kindly donated for the third year running, an air simulator experience.
- The Taps, who kindly donated real ale for a year.
- Also up for auction on the night was a very special Ashes Cricket Bat – signed by both 2005 Ashes captains, Michael Vaughan, England Captain and Ricky Ponting, Australian Captain.
